Two Exciting Opportunities Available – Full-time or Part-time

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a vibrant and supportive environment? We are looking for two enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinators to join our People & Culture team. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexible options to fit your lifestyle!

In this role, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, managing key tasks and systems to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will handle essential functions such as onboarding, recruitment, and maintaining employee records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial as you collaborate with the HR Business Partners and other departments. From managing confidential documentation to ensuring legal compliance, your contributions will help keep our team running smoothly.

You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, manage key tasks, and oversee essential HR systems. If you excel in an organised environment and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

This position is based in Parkside, please be advised that Junction is building a new head office in the Tonsley precinct, with plans to relocate in early 2026. Candidates should be aware of this upcoming transition.

You Will Need To:
