The Opportunity:
As the Management Support, Children and Youth Services, you will provide highly responsive and professional administrative support to the Residential Care Leadership Team. Based at our Head Office, you’ll play a key role in coordinating meetings and events, managing documentation, and ensuring timely and confidential support across a range of operational activities.
You’ll assist with diary management, data entry, reporting, and Microsoft Office processing tasks to help the team operate efficiently. Your ability to communicate with professionalism and discretion will be essential in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
This position is currently based in Parkside. Please be advised that Junction is building a new head office in the Tonsley precinct, with plans to relocate in early 2026. Candidates should be aware of this upcoming transition.

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly passionate professional who has:
- Demonstrated experience with administrative support within a medium-sized organisation - essential
- High-level computer literacy using the Microsoft Office Suite and other database applications – essential
- A high level of accuracy with data, strong numeracy skills - essential
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Well-developed written communication skills with sound spelling and grammar.
- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
You Will Need To:

- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s licence and be willing to drive
