The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about finance and accounting, and looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join our Financial Wellbeing and Capability Activity team as a Financial Capability Worker and help empower individuals to build financial resilience and avoid crisis. this role will see you leverage your financial expertise to support clients in navigating financial challenges, improving their financial capability, and enhancing long-term financial resilience. Through education, advocacy, and practical assistance, you’ll play a key role in promoting financial wellbeing and self-direction.

About you:
We’re looking for a passionate team member who:
- Holds a Certificate IV Community Services or equivalent and substantial experience in the field
- Has demonstrated experience in or understanding of supporting individuals/families who are at risk of or experiencing financial hardship
- Possesses strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Is knowledgeable of, and respects cultural and lifestyle diversity
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage workload, prioritise tasks and use initiative
- Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team

You Will Need To:
